Who controls your information

Reload Mastery, LLC ("ReloadMastery," "we," "us") operates this service and is the controller of personal information described in this policy. Privacy requests can be sent to support@reloadmastery.com.

Categories collected

• Account and contact data: email address, password hash, verification status, profile image, account preferences, subscription level, and multi-factor authentication settings.
• Content you choose to store or submit: firearm, ammunition, component, reloading, chronograph, range, match, target, maintenance, equipment, dashboard layout, image, manual, group, note, and AI-assistant prompt data. This may include serial numbers, locations, or other details you enter.
• Support and communications: messages, feedback, support requests, and email preferences.
• Security and technical data: IP address, request time, browser and device details, login and verification events, fraud-prevention signals, and server error logs.
• Optional device location: only when you select current conditions in a ballistic tool, your browser requests permission and sends coordinates rounded to three decimal places for a one-time weather lookup. Coordinates are sent in the request body, are not written to application logs, and are not saved with calculator or range-card data.
• Optional analytics data: page and interaction information, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser properties, and a pseudonymous analytics identifier, only after you opt in.

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser and server requests, and from service providers used for security or service delivery. We do not collect payment-card or PayPal credentials; donation and support payments are completed on the provider's website.

Purposes and legal bases

• Provide accounts, tools, calculations, saved records, exports, offline features, settings, and support requested by you.
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, investigate failures, protect data, and maintain service reliability.
• Send transactional messages and, when separately selected, optional communications.
• Improve performance and usability through optional analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where European or UK data-protection law applies, our bases are performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent for optional analytics and marketing communications, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Your controls

Use Cookie settings at any time to accept, reject, or withdraw optional analytics consent. Reject and accept are offered at the same decision level. The site also honors the Global Privacy Control signal by disabling analytics in that browser. You can clear site data through your browser, although doing so may sign you out or remove locally saved settings and offline content.

California online tracking disclosures

The older browser "Do Not Track" header does not have a uniform technical meaning, so ReloadMastery does not use that header to change site behavior. Optional analytics remains off unless you affirmatively allow it. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal by forcing analytics off, including when a browser previously saved an analytics preference.

ReloadMastery does not permit third parties to collect personal information through this service for tracking your activity over time across unrelated websites. Google Analytics receives limited use data only after your opt-in, with advertising signals and personalization disabled. Google reCAPTCHA receives technical and security data while you use a protected login, registration, or contact form.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose only the information reasonably needed to providers that host, secure, support, email, monitor, or operate the service. Current browser-facing providers include Google Analytics after opt-in and Google reCAPTCHA while a protected authentication or contact form is visible. Provider processing is governed by the applicable agreements and the provider's security and privacy commitments.

When you request current ballistic conditions, ReloadMastery sends rounded coordinates from that one request to the National Weather Service or the configured Open-Meteo service. The response supplies temperature, humidity, pressure, wind, and elevation metadata. ReloadMastery does not continuously monitor location and does not save the submitted coordinates. The weather provider may process its server request under its own published terms and privacy notice.

When you ask the AI assistant for current public information, ReloadMastery may send only the text of that question to the configured public search provider. Your saved reloads, firearms, inventory, manuals, range records, and other private account context are not included in that search request. Public search references may then be supplied separately to the locally configured AI model.

Links to PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, social networks, or other external sites do not send those services page data merely because the link is displayed. Once you follow a link, that provider's policy applies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale where appropriate safeguards apply.

Dashboard links you choose to share

When you enable dashboard sharing, ReloadMastery creates an unguessable, read-only link that displays the shareable widgets you selected using your current platform data. Anyone who receives that link can open it without signing in and may pass it to someone else. Hidden widgets, account details, private notes, serial numbers, and uploaded files are excluded. Turning sharing off revokes that link immediately; you can enable sharing again to create a new link.

No sale or behavioral advertising

ReloadMastery does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Google Analytics advertising features or ad-personalization signals. If these practices change, we will update this notice and provide legally required choices before the change takes effect.

Retention

Account content is generally kept while your account remains active and is deleted or de-identified when you use account deletion, subject to limited backups, security records, legal obligations, and dispute-resolution needs. Security and server logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for safety, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. Browser-storage periods are listed above. We consider the data's sensitivity, purpose, volume, legal requirements, and security risk when setting retention periods.

Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed, including access controls, secure cookie settings, password hashing, request-forgery controls, and transport encryption when deployed over HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

ReloadMastery and its providers may process information in the United States or other countries whose laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain disclosures; and appeal a denied request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. California residents may request the categories, sources, purposes, recipients, and specific pieces of personal information involved and may request correction or deletion without unlawful discrimination. We do not offer a financial incentive for personal information.

Account settings provide self-service profile, communication, consent, export, and deletion controls. You can also email support@reloadmastery.com. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where an exception applies. An authorized agent may submit a request where local law permits.

Children

ReloadMastery is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Policy changes and contact
